Appelt's worry-free diamond guarantee
Each of Appelt's store locations in Winnipeg and southern Manitoba is devoted to fine craftsmanship and lasting value. The genuine diamonds set in each piece of Appelt's jewellery have been carefully inspected and tested for quality, colour, cut and brilliance to ensure that every diamond meets the rigid standards as prescribed by the company for your value and protection.
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your diamond purchase from Appelt's, within 30 days, simply return it for a 100% refund.
Appelt's Loss Guarantee
Each Appelt's diamond is mounted by skilled artisans who are experts in their craft. Appelt's will replace, without charge, any diamond(s) lost from your jewellery during the first year of ownership due to any imperfections in the mounting, provided that this item shall not have been repaired or worked on by any other firm or individual (normal wearing conditions apply). Abuse, or miss-use of jewellery will void warranty, at Appelt's discretion. Due to the individual nature of diamonds, Appelt's will replace lost diamond with at or like value.
To ensure validation of this guarantee, your purchase requires inspection once every six months from any of our APPELT'S locations. At our discretion, failure to comply could lead to the guarantee being nullified.
We guarantee that the precious metals used in the manufacture of our jewellery conform in every way with the Precious Metal Marking Act of the Dominion of Canada.
Protect your jewellery investment with lifetime cleaning and checking
It will be our pleasure to clean and inspect your jewellery purchase without charge at any time. A condition of the guarantee requires a documented inspection every six months.
Take advantage of our lifetime trade-up plan
Should you wish to trade-up your piece of Appelt's diamond jewellery, Appelt's will allow you the full original value towards the full retail value of the new ring (diamonds must not be damaged). The new ring value must be twice the original ring value.
Gold Chain Guarantee
Because Appelt's sells only the best quality Gold Chain, we offer you an unconditional one year warranty. Should you encounter any problems with your chain, bring it in to any Appelt's location and it will be repaired or replaced at our discretion.
